Talent create a free profile with photos, services, rates, and availability. The profile is indexed into city and category searches across the directory and starts receiving inbound inquiries from clients. Talent reply directly through the platform, agree on terms with the client off-platform, and keep the full fee. The platform takes no cut because bookings are arranged and paid directly between the parties.

How does The Booking Agency work for clients?

Clients browse talent by city and category, save shortlists, and post jobs or gigs for free. Reaching out to any talent is free; there is no paywall between client and talent. You agree on price, scope, and timing directly with the talent, then book and pay them outside the platform. The platform stays out of the transaction.

How do I sign up?

Visit /auth?mode=signup, pick the role that fits (talent or client), and create an account with email or social login. Talent build a profile in five to ten minutes; clients can start browsing and posting immediately. There is no application or approval queue. Verification options are available for talent who want a verified badge.

How long does it take to set up a talent profile?

Five to ten minutes for a basic profile covering name, city, services, rates, and contact preferences. Adding photos, portfolio samples, languages, and availability brings it to fifteen to twenty minutes total. You can save and return to keep editing. Profiles are reviewed for quality before going live, usually within 24 hours.

What happens after I contact talent on the platform?

Messages route to the talent inbox on the platform and to the email on their profile. The talent replies on or off the platform at their discretion. From that first contact, all communication, scope, contract terms, and payment happen directly between client and talent. The platform stops being involved after the introduction.

What if there is a problem with a booking?

Because bookings are arranged off-platform, disputes are resolved between client and talent directly. If you encounter conduct that violates community guidelines such as impersonation, fraud, or harassment, report the profile via /contact and the trust team reviews it. Persistent violations result in removal. The platform does not mediate price, scope, or delivery disputes.
