Right to erasure
You can request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time, regardless of your country.
How to delete
Option 1 (recommended): Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirms via email, processes within 24 hours.
Option 2: Email [email protected] from your registered email with subject "DELETE ACCOUNT".
What gets deleted
- Profile, portfolio, photos
- Messages (both sides)
- Booking history
- Email + login credentials
- Analytics data tied to your account
- Cookies on your device
What we keep (legal obligation)
- Payment records (7 years for tax/audit)
- Anonymized analytics (no personal identifiers)
- Backups (purged on the next 30-day cycle)
Right to portability
Before deleting, you can export your data as JSON. Settings → Account → Download Data.
